Helping teens boost their performance in sport

We will shift through a variety of phases and build off of each foundation in order to increase athletic ability.

This program will focus on:

  • Nutrition
  • Mobility
  • Strength
  • Stability
  • Agility
  • Aerobic conditioning
  • Benchmark testing.

Each athlete with be sent home with a training booklet with all elements in our training. The older athletes will have access to the open gym to come train outside of class times.

The training phases fall on April to August and September to March.

Boys Class Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. 

Group 1: 3:45pm 
Group 2: 4:45pm

Girls Class Schedule

Monday and Wednesday

3:45pm

Age Groups

Girls:
10-16 years old

Boys Group 1:
10-13  years old

Boys Group 2:
14-16 years old

The Investment

$120 per athlete per month, or a family rate of $100 per athlete.
